Furnished room for rent in Eaux-Vives

I am offering a spacious furnished room for rent in a 70 m² apartment with a balcony, ideally located in the Eaux-Vives district. Rent is CHF 1,500/month, including furnished bedroom, Wi-Fi, utilities (SIG – Geneva Industrial Services), hot water, and media tax. I primarily work from home, so I am looking for a calm and respectful person who values shared living spaces and helps maintain a clean and pleasant environment.
