Room available in Geneva (Châtelaine) – long-term – from November 1

I'm moving out and I'm looking for a young professional to take over my room in a spacious shared apartment in Geneva from November 1. The apartment is around 100 m² and includes: 3 bedrooms, large living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom + separate toilet, spacious entrance/corridor, balcony, private washing machine, bike room, private basement/storage space, 3rd floor with elevator. The other two bedrooms are occupied by two young professionals from Bulgaria and the US. They are both friendly, clean, respectful and calm, so the apartment has a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The apartment is very well connected: bus lines 6, 19, 22 and 51 just outside the building, around 10 min to Gare Cornavin, around 15 min to Geneva Airport, Denner and Coop just downstairs, Lidl around 8 min walking distance, Balexert and Charmilles shopping centres within around 15 min walking distance, several parks nearby, easy access to the lake and river swimming spots by public transport. The room: Rent: CHF 974/month, Utilities, Wi-Fi and electricity: approximately CHF 50/month, depending on the month. Official address registration is possible. The room will come with a shelving unit, clothes rails, curtains and mirrors. Bed + mattress can potentially be taken over as well, with the price to be discussed separately. I'm ideally looking for someone who wants to stay long-term and fits well into a calm, clean and friendly shared apartment.
