Spacious room in shared 3-room flat in Pâquis

I am leaving Geneva and subletting a room in a 3-room flat (shared with 1 girl who is a PhD student in her 20s). The room is spacious and bright with a double bed, and the flat has a kitchen with a washing machine, bathroom with bath, and additional office/atelier room. There is an elevator and bike storage in the backyard. Required documents include payslips, deposit, liability insurance, and identification. The rental period is for a minimum of 5 months starting August 5th. Viewings start July 8th.
