A lovely room is available in the heart of Geneva from April 1st, due to the departure of one of our flatmates. The house features a roomy living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, and two capacious terraces with BBQ. You will be sharing with three young professionals aged 26-30. The rental price of 1280 CHF includes water, heating, and telecommunications. Additional costs for cleaning and internet apply. The apartment is rented completely empty aside from embedded furniture and appliances. People looking for short to mid-term rentals will be favored, but long term rentals are also accepted.
