I’m subletting my beautiful bedroom in a shared apartment for April and May (flexible). The room is very spacious (around 25m²), full of light, and has a big balcony. It also comes with a huge bed. You'll be sharing the apartment with four other people, all around 30, working and doing their PhDs. We’re looking for someone serious and quiet, as everyone in the flat has busy professional or academic schedules. The apartment is very large (170m²), with high ceilings and plenty of space, allowing everyone to enjoy their privacy. The room is fully furnished and will be rented under a sublet contract with the other tenants. Rent: 1200 CHF/month + utilities (80-90 CHF/month, including a cleaning service once a week). More photos upon request and interest. Amenities: Shared kitchen, living room, one bathroom (with shower/bath) and a separate toilet, a lot of space!
