I am looking for a roommate starting March 1st (or a few days earlier). The apartment is in Thônex (Swiss side) in a really nice modern apartment building, located right next to the voie verte (cycling path) and in walking distance to the train and tram stations (8-10 mins to Thônex Graveson & Moillesulaz and Chêne-Bourg train station) as well as gyms, supermarkets, pharmacies etc. (5-10 mins for all). It is around 80m2 and has a large terrace, a storage space in the basement, a bike room, and the possibility to get an underground garage spot. The kitchen is fully equipped and has modern appliances. The living room is open-concept and has a lot of plants. The room for rent is beautiful, bright, spacious, and furnished, with a private toilet and sink. The shower is shared. Monthly rent is 1190 CHF (doesn't include wifi, wifi is 25 CHF pp). I am a fun-loving, outdoorsy person who is looking for someone who is open, communicative, and interested in spending time together to make the place feel homey.
